Your domain stays yours. We’ll help you register it through our registrar relationship and configure the domain. There is no separate domain setup fee; you pay the registrar’s registration and renewal charges.

Design and review: We begin with the materials and information you provide, then send a preview. Please respond within three business days. The package includes up to five design revision rounds. If you strongly dislike the initial direction, we’ll prepare one alternate design based on your feedback and reference examples. Additional revision rounds are $15 each; a new direction does not include extra pages or features.

Monthly updates: A batch is one consolidated request containing up to five individual image or content edits. You can submit up to five batches per month. Unused batches and changes do not roll over. Structural redesigns and major changes in scope are quoted separately.

Privacy and tracking: Form contents are emailed to the recipient you designate and are not retained in a website-side message archive or message-content logs. Your email provider may retain messages under its own settings. For client websites built through this offer, optional analytics or advertising tracking can be configured when you provide the relevant account or request setup; non-essential tracking remains off until a visitor chooses to allow it. Privacy notices and cookie controls depend on the integrations enabled for your site. The WYD-IT website itself does not use advertising pixels or embedded analytics.

Renewal and payment: The first-year $249 payment is due when the finished site is delivered. The renewal period begins on the launch anniversary: $20 monthly or $200 annually, billed on the selected schedule. A renewal invoice is sent about one month ahead; recurring payments are processed through Syncro using a card on file. Card or PayPal payment is available.

Separate quote required: Extra pages, ecommerce or payment processing, booking, memberships, additional forms, new features, third-party integrations, substantial copywriting/content creation, logo development, and large migrations or structural redesigns are outside the package.
