Information you provide

The contact form collects your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and inquiry so we can respond. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated spam; its token is checked by our server. Form submissions are emailed to WYD-IT and are not stored in a website-side message archive or message-content logs. Email providers and ordinary hosting/security infrastructure may process or retain delivery and request information under their own policies. If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records through ordinary email or text. This site does not use an advertising pixel or embedded analytics.

How we use information

We use inquiry and service information to respond to you, assess whether our services fit your needs, provide requested work and support, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and external links

Phone, email, hosting, and other providers involved in communicating with us may process information under their own privacy terms. This site may link to external websites; their practices are outside our control. Contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method if a project requires sensitive information.

Retention and your choices

We retain business communications and service records as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may contact us with questions or requests concerning information you have provided. We will review and respond as appropriate.
